Under the patronage of Prof. Yasser Magdy Hattata, President of Fayoum University, and the supervision of Prof. Asem El-Eisawy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and under the follow-up of Prof. Taher Hassan Mohamed Abdel-Hamid, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University, and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the opening session of the "Real Labor Market Requirements" workshop was launched.

The session began with an address by Prof. Taher Hassan Mohamed Abdel-Hamid, Acting Dean of the Faculty, followed by remarks from Prof. Sherif El-Attar and Prof. Asem El-Eisawy, underscoring the importance of strengthening the partnership between the university and the labor market, and supporting efforts to prepare students and graduates in line with the actual requirements of the tourism and hospitality sectors.
