Within the framework of the scientific and research role undertaken by the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University, a defense was held today, Tuesday, July 28, 2026, in the Faculty's discussion hall, for the master's thesis submitted by the researcher Mohamed Kamel El-Tayeb El-Dakrony, of the Department of Hotel Studies, entitled:
"Measuring the Extent of Customer Acceptance of Electronic Menus Based on the TAM Model"
The examination and evaluation committee was composed of:

The thesis examined the extent of customer acceptance of using electronic menus, drawing on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), contributing to supporting digital transformation and enhancing the services provided in the hospitality sector.
