The ceremony was held today, Sunday, September 27, 2026, in the Faculty’s Seminar Hall.

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hamzawy emphasized that welcoming new students represents a genuine addition to the Faculty, bringing with it new energy and ideas. He stressed that students are one of the fundamental elements of the educational system, adding that the Faculty continuously works to develop and enhance the educational environment and provide the best expertise through its faculty members and supporting academic staff, thereby contributing to building an integrated academic system capable of fulfilling its mission.

He further noted that every new cohort represents a source of optimism and an incentive to continue development and improvement. He also pointed out that the Faculty administration is committed to an open-door policy, enabling students to maintain continuous communication with the administration to present their concerns and suggestions.

He also highlighted that university life is not limited to obtaining a degree; rather, it contributes to building students’ scientific, academic, and social personalities through study, activities, participation, and interaction. He stressed the importance of regular attendance at lectures, practical sessions, seminars, and various activities, particularly since the university regulations require students to achieve an attendance rate of at least 75%.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hamzawy and the Faculty’s Vice Deans honored a number of outstanding students in student activities who had achieved advanced positions in several university events and competitions, in recognition of their efforts, excellence, and active participation.
