Prof.
Abdel Aziz Qansouh, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and
Acting Minister of Culture, issued a decree appointing Professor Dr. Sherif
Mohamed Sabry El-Attar, Vice President of Fayoum University for Education and
Student Affairs, to manage the affairs of Fayoum University, effective August
1, 2026.
The
