In
accordance with the directives of Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh, Minister of Higher
Education and Scientific Research, regarding preparations for university
admissions for high school graduates during the various stages of the online
application process, Prof. Sherif El-Attar, Acting President of Fayoum
University and Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, announced that
preparations for the 2026/2027 academic year have been completed. He stated
that the online application process for the first phase at Fayoum University is
available through the computer centers located in the Faculties of Agriculture,
Engineering, Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Science, and Tourism and
Hotels. These centers offer their services free of charge to students throughout
the online application process, daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, from Wednesday,
August 5, 2026, to Sunday, August 9, 2026.
He
emphasized that technical and guidance support has been provided to students by
trained teams from the General Administration for Education and Student Affairs
within the computer centers at Fayoum University, ensuring a smooth and secure
registration process.

Sherif El-Attar explained that university and institute admissions are
processed through the official electronic coordination website at the following
link: https://tansik.digital.gov.eg
Students
can use their personal computers to register their preferences on the website
24 hours a day throughout the application period, including official holidays.
They can modify their choices at any time until registration closes. The
registration period lasts for five days per phase. The electronic coordination
website displays a list of available colleges and institutes for each
specialization, from which students can select their preferences.
