Meeting of the Council of the Research and Strategic Studies Institute for Nile Basin Countries - Fayoum University

No. (167) for September 2026The Institute Council held its meeting today, Monday, 14/9/2026, chaired by Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdel Sattar Abdel Hady, Dean of the Institute, and with the membership of Prof. Dr. Eman El-Hamamsy, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and the honorable members of the Council.His Excellency opened the session by welcoming the attendees, then moved to discuss the agenda. The Council discussed a number of organizational matters, the most important of which were:Approval of the proposed formation of the Institute’s sub-committees for the academic year 2026/2027.Matters of the Graduate Studies Committee, including:  Approval of the proposed academic calendar for the first semester of the academic year 2026/2027  Approval of the distribution of courses for the first semester of the academic year 2026/2027 for Diploma, Master's, and PhD programs  Approval of the formation of the discussion and judgment committee for Master's degree candidates in the Department of Economic Studies and Agricultural DevelopmentApproval of matters related to Cultural Relations.Matters related to the Community Service and Environmental Development Committee, most importantly the approval of the Annual Activity Plan of the Research and Strategic Studies Institute for Nile Basin Countries for the academic year 2026/2027.
