The practical component of the “International Cuisines” course was held for third-level students of the Hospitality Business Administration program at the Faculty’s teaching kitchen, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nancy Mohamed Fawzy, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Fayoum University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hisham Ezzat, Head of the Hotel Studies Department.

The academic supervision was provided by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Wahab and Prof. Dr. Omar Qurah, Professors in the Hotel Studies Department. The practical side was monitored by Mr. Yassin Abdel-Barr, Teaching Assistant in the Department, under the supervision of Chef Ali Ahmed, the training instructor, as students prepared the week’s scheduled menu.
