Field Training for Second-Level Students – Hospitality Business Administration Program
As part of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University’s commitment to strengthening the practical skills of its students and preparing them for the labor market in the hospitality sector, a field training session was conducted for second-level students in the Hospitality Business Administration Program within the Food & Beverage Department. The training took place on Wednesday, 18 February 2026.

The training introduced students to the administrative structure of the Food & Beverage Department, the nature of tasks and responsibilities within each operational unit, and the department’s pivotal role in the success of hotel establishments. Students also learned about the operational characteristics of each sub-division, enhancing their practical skills and strengthening their ability to apply what they learn in classrooms to real-world settings.
This training comes as part of the Faculty’s strategic plan to prepare qualified professional cadres equipped with both knowledge and practical skills, capable of meeting the needs of the hospitality labor market in line with the latest professional standards.
