Practical Training for the Beverage Production Course for Fourth-Level Students in the Hospitality Business Administration Program

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Taher Hassan Mohamed, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Fayoum University and Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hesham Ezzat, Head of the Department of Hotel Studies, practical training for the "Beverage Production" course was conducted for fourth-level students enrolled in the Hospitality Business Administration Program on Saturday, May 2, 2026.

The training included the preparation of a range of hot beverages, namely latte, cappuccino, flat white, macchiato, and espresso con panna, as well as a selection of iced beverages including iced espresso, iced Americano, iced latte, and iced coffee.

The training was delivered by Mr. Mohamed Abdel Tawab, Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Hotel Studies, who guided students through the professional preparation standards for each beverage, contributing to the development of their practical skills and readiness for the hospitality labor market.
